The Task of Weeding Out Flowers

There are many overheads in maintaining a flower shop. Most of the time, it is the cleaning, and then guess... yes more cleaning. With this amount of effort, I am just thankful that I am truly active offline and make ways to make our surroundings not just beautiful but also clean.

From Valentine's Day, we bought a lot of flowers and still have a lot left, we decided to place them in huge plastic pots. There were so many of the stems that their survival might have been very short because the pot is crowded.

After such a hard lesson, we are slowly cleaning and organizing, making sure we throw it back to the nature once it has dried while some of it remains on our soil mixes.

I have four pots left and hope that this coming Mothers Day, we'll be able to practice lean supply management.
